Introduction
Section titled “Introduction”NoMatterWhat is an employer-sponsored healthcare-benefits platform supporting a range of care, including inpatient procedures, dental care, GP consultations, specialist consultations, and similar healthcare services. Inpatient care is one supported pathway, covering pre-admission assessment and approval, funding instructions, discharge reconciliation, and post-discharge tracking.

Platform architecture

Financial and funding structure
Section titled “Financial and funding structure”The Finance and funding section defines the employer-policy pre-fund accounts, employee-policy wallets, named family cards, separate employer-support approvals, and source/purpose allocations. It also covers merchant restrictions, post-spend misuse checks, the transaction mirror, and reconciliation. Detailed ledger postings, money ownership, settlement contracts, and partner/compliance confirmation remain open.
Documentation status
Section titled “Documentation status”The architecture describes the Phase 1 design and requirements, not verified production implementation. Proposed choices and unresolved decisions remain explicit. The roadmap separates Phase 1 scope from later capabilities.
